Uni Villas

Located only a quick walk to the U.S.Q. oval, the Uni Villas is the winner of the 1998 Queensland Major Project Award. The Uni Villas is also only a minutes walk away from the Uni Plaza.

Tenants of Uni Villas have free access to a heated swimming pool, exercise room, a large gazebo, and a BBQ & entertainment area.

The Units

Each unit is fully furnished, and includes:

  • A lounge/dining area, complete with sofas, dining table & chairs, color television, coffee table & gas heater.


  • A fully equiped kitchen, with full cooking and cleaning utensils.


  • A single lockup garage, with remote control.


  • Laundry area with washing machine & dryer.


  • A private courtyard, with clothesline.

    Bedrooms

    All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with:

  • Posturepedic bed.
  • Study desk, with chair.
  • Study light.
  • Electric heater.
  • Waste paper basket.
    • and have private ensuite bathrooms.

    Each bedroom also has a T.V. and telephone outlet. Broadband (ADSL) internet is available should the tenant wish to arrange it with an internet service provider.

    The following prices are for a minimum 21 week tenancy:

    USQ STUDENT SUMMER DISCOUNT RATE
    For the summer semester, we offer USQ students a discounted rental rate for all 3, 4 & 5 bedroom units of $120.00 per week. However, this discount only applies to a minimum 10 week agreement.


    OVERNIGHT VISITORS
    $50.00 per night. Minimum 4 night period.
