Step 1: Submit Your Application

Begin your application process online by completing our application enquiry form or in person by visiting our office.

The application enquiry form is extremely easy to fill out and is not a binding contract, simply a statement-of-interest on your behalf that will allow us to begin making preparations for your tenancy with us.

Step 2: We Process Your Application

You will be sent a further application form to be completed and checked by National Tenant InfoSystem. You will also be required to provide 100 points of identification. If the applicant is under 18 years of age at the time of signing the tenancy agreement, or is being financially assisted by a parent or guardian, they may be required to have a guarantor form completed.

Once the application has been processed, you will be contacted by our office to notify you of the status of your application. Using the accommodation preferences specified by you, we will endeavor to allocate you the accommodation you have requested

Although an application may be approved, offer of a room is subject to availability.

Please note that if there are no vaccancies, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified when a vacancy does exist.

Step 3: Signing of the Tenancy Agreement

Upon confirmation of a successful application, all tenants are required to sign a Tenancy Agreement and to pay the equivalent of four weeks rent as a bond on the property. The total amount of the bond will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority and will be refunded upon the successful inspection of the room and unit upon the conclusion of your tenancy with us.
